Crimson Resort And Spa - Mactan Island, Cebu, Lapu-Lapu City

We had a wonderful stay overall, celebrating my grandchildren's birthdays with amazing surprises and a lovely atmosphere. The resort is clean and has fantastic facilities, but we faced a few hiccups with room issues and check-in delays. However, the friendly staff more than made up for those minor frustrations. The dining experience was good, but we found some meals a bit crowded during peak times, and the noise from neighboring rooms could be bothersome at times.

We had a fantastic time at the resort, enjoying the beautiful facilities and the family's fun activities. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms made our stay relaxing, and the beach was lovely for snorkeling and swimming. However, some minor service issues detracted from the experience, particularly with the dining staff and delays in our requests. Overall, a great vacation despite a few hiccups!

The resort boasts beautiful surroundings with stunning views of Mactan Island's turquoise waters. I enjoyed my spacious Ocean pool villa which had a private terrace for breathtaking views. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay, always ready to assist. However, my bathroom had a few issues that detracted from the experience and the main pool area was quite picturesque, especially at night. Overall, a lovely stay but with some room for improvement, especially regarding bathroom upkeep.
